this situation is so disappointing. after today's experience we have finally thought out on a good fast service at this place. it is literally faster to drive to the North Ave. place to get our food. Maybe it wouldn't be so irritating if the customer service was a bit decent. I think employees who are rude and their eyes roll on the customers are quite a guarantee that they will not return.
