I love the combinations that Pablo's has. My personal favorite is Mean Mr. Mustard and that is saying a lot. I'm not a fan of pineapple on pizza or bacon, but oh my....it is a medley of the best flavors. Their crust is different than most pizzas but it works perfectly with their adventurous toppings. They make great pizza, that much is for sure. But they're never open. Closed on Mondays and every day aside from two they close at 7pm. The other two days they close at 8pm. Seriously, how are you a restaurant, especially a pizza joint, that closes before 8pm? I don't buy thats its staffing issues, blah blah blah. Get your crap together and stay open for reasonable hours. There's just no excuse. View all feedback.
