I've been to Adams several times and I think it has some of the better burgers in the Salisbury area. Service was always good, and the shares at price seem reasonable. The food was properly cooked, and the servers always had a smile and was ready to banish a bit. View all feedback.
Stopped in a Sunday for the crab balls and prime rib sandwich with fries. Everything was great...
