We were very satisfied with service, quality, price and performance. We were disappointed on Nikolaustag. For our family celebration the beautiful fountain room was reserved for lunch and coffee. The champagne reception ordered was not prepared, the main course was served lukewarm. Mixed roast and Wiener Schnitzel served on a plate. The operation was unfriendly and slow.
