Absolutely terrible! My partner has two months ago! place a special order for the 01.07.2022, it is a black white cake with a chocolate head on top, It was promised to us that the cake is made but we have 5! Days before the scheduled appointment get a cancellation, it would not be possible to tell us. there was no information that is not feasible (probably the head), it was simply canceled. now we only get a freezer...
