Asked for hot sauce that they offer at every Flamebroiler I've been to....answer was, we are out of sauce. I then requested teriyaki sauce that every Flamebroiler offers....same answer....we are out of sauces. Now, we are forced to eat dry rice bowls....not a great experience. If you are out of sauces, let customers know before they order. Good customer service is setting the expectation. View all feedback.
