tribeca apartments is a very nice community. we started on a 1 bedroom/1bathroom and then we moved to a 2 bedroom/2bathroom. what I like about it is safe (maintained community.) besides their assigned parking lot they have many open spaces for residents (first come, first serve) they have a watch during the night that leads the whole complex. the pool is always clean and well maintained. the gardens are beautiful all... read more.

We have rented an apartment at this complex for 3 years and we left out, they sent us an invoice with crazy charges such as New carpet, and reglaze tub/shower and reglaze kitchen counter for total of more than $600. The carpet was super clean and they did not have to replace it at all. Also the property manager is unprofessional and one time she asked my wife to leave the pool because she forgot her pool permit.
