So after the restaurant we had planned on going to was closed, we stopped at Blake's Lotaburger. It happened to be national onion ring day, so we chose onion rings. I had a chicken sandwich with hatch green chili added and my husband had a New Mexican style lotaburger with a chocolate shake. The onion rings are great! The burger was ok, but the service was lacking. We needed ketchup, but couldn't get anyone to help us. They had plenty of help, but it seemed no one wanted to do more then the minimum. I hope they get a little guidance on customer service. View all feedback.
