I usually get eat of this place during the week, today Saturday I took my family to dinner, we came around 19:15 clock and I was aware that they close at 20:00 clock, so I went to the order desk and ask them the cashier when we could eat inside, they said no because we close at 8 o'clock I'm like, oh, is 7:17 pm, but ok I understand. my question for management is whether their employees need more training.
