Wing to the Frisco site and loved him. Had the same expectation to go to Garland and was very disappointed. The amount of noodle in the pho is much smaller and I hardly tasted spiciness. What the whole experience has done was the service. The server type clearly didn't want to be there. I could hardly hear his voice and he didn't seem interested in serving us at all.
