6 or 7 people behind the counter all trying to avoid eye contact. They should be embarrassed. I think mabey they should start fresh with a new crew. Edit: I've been back 4 times this week, all times the service has been perfect, all were patient with me ordering in French, and one gave me a tip on pronunciation which was well appreciated. What Gabriel frenette doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Placed a mobile order. Couldn’t fulfill it and told me to come back another day to get a refund. On top of that, the in-store cashier was just ignoring customers in-line to chat with another patron. Poor service all around. View all feedback.
