Leider hat die Schamari Mühle ihr Komzept geändert und öffnet die Straußwirtschaft nur noch zweimal im Jahr für jeweils eine Woche. Wein probieren und kaufen kann man wohl das ganze Jahr. Im Frühjahr und im Herbst (am besten Termine auf der Homepage nachsehen) kann man den ausgezeichneten Wein probieren.
