Maybe a classic snack bar, but it's way too smooth for what you literally get for your nose. The reserved tables weren't taken and the service was randomly friendly or unfriendly. The mixture of French-neathing novel of staff may fit into a snack bar in brussels, but for genetically ingenuity, it's not nice.
