Mcdonald's is mcdonald's! But I come to this one specificly because I know it's not as ghetto as the rest. Clean on the outside and you don't hear yelling when placing orders. You don't see random people that are sketchy parked in the parking lot. I did curbside and waited longer then expected. This McDonald?s was so slow for the last three times I was here. The employees say they again slowly due to the lack of employees that there is, what also, why they close at 8/9, but today I saw that one of the employees just sit to do nothing! Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru to get my order down and get my food. This is unacceptable for Germantown. The staff I see through the window also move so slowly! View all feedback.
