I believe her name was Karen, she was a awesome person to be greeted by. She was so helpful and I have never experienced this type of good customer service at a McDonald's. I wait 30 minutes for 1 order and the food is cold. I see the employes playing and talking too much. My burger is a half patty too, looks like bited. This is the most bad experience I have in my life this never happened to me. I never pay 11.10 in one quarter pounder regular this place was crazy.
