Ich ernähre mich vegan und habe darum extra vorher angerufen, was das vegetarische Menü sei und ob es möglich sei, etwas anzupassen, damit es vegan ist. Mir wurde diverse Sachen wie Salatteller, Gemüseteller oder auch Salatteller mit Lachs vorgeschlagen.
