I wish I could have 6 stars for what the bartender was. that was delicious. I tried the chicken quesadilla (small size was still huge and as it was a big pizza of me) and steakries (perfect crispy, soft inside sides, right salt and pepp) with their homemade ranch (also perfectly liquidy and savory...not hidden valley nonsense). the sweet tee was even well done. they can taste the tea leaves and it was not too sweet.... Its another small town bar, not bad though. Seems to be a hotspot around here. Not surprising considering the size of Giddings. Good selection of alcohol and beer. Haven't tried the food yet, but i will at some point. Venue is clean. Staff could be a little more receptive. Good chance i will change the rating once i get to know them. All in all, i like it.
