Today I ate, quite simply, the best couscous I've ever eaten. (And it's my local !) I had the couscous fassi agneau and it literally melted in the mouth. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and polite. They were very busy today with the Fête des Mères, but they all flew around and gave their absolute best (I always find service a little slow in Moroccan restaurants, it must be something to do with the cooking)...
