I visited as part of a two day conference held in the building. The buildings staff were always in sharp dress uniform, very polite and helpful. The teas, coffees and cakes were delicious. Even the toilets were at a superb standard, however it was a little difficult to spot the difference between male and female toilets. I look forward to visiting again. read more.

Was disappointed that this place is advertised as a Spa. They have no sauna or steam room or swimming pool. I had a salt scrub treatment which was very good and done by a lovely therapist. Afternoon tea was very good and they have gluten free options. read more.
