It's probably somewhat unfair to give an "average" score to this contemporary Vietnamese restaurant given that there were all sorts of positive responses from the group I was with. The waiters were busy but helpful. The pho drinkers/eaters were happy. There was nothing wrong with the chicken slaw. The goat shoulder was unexpectedly tender.
