This was a meal for my mother 's 74th birthday and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They gave us a few nice touches like a 'happy birthday ' plate with chocolate writing and truffles, brought the cake with candles lit, and sang happy birthday (even including the chef and generally made a fuss of us and of her : Will definitely be back and recommend the Bistro to friends and colleagues. Good experience, was a little spoiled by a family of two young children, rather loud, and walking around, and not disciplined by parents. Our reason to come here and not go to local Wetherspoons was to celebrate my wife's birthday in a quiet environment.
