Beyond the fact that eating is well prepared (and seasoned with more than just salt), we were served a good part with care and courtesy. the menu is mainly German and medium, but the dishes had a unique quality of taste. then tells us the menu about the humanitarian aspect of the owners, when they are hired, training and even in the submission of disabled people. this restaurant has my vote for the best in göttingen...
