We stayed at the Marriott and although I had done loads of research on where we'd eat while in Surfers Paradise, we actually didn't leave the hotel for 3 days, just because we had everything there that we needed, and it was so easy to relax when you didn't need to go far! This was a nice spot to relax after a busy day, however whilst the staff were very friendly and attentive there were a lot of errors made. Food orders were very slow to be received - over 30 minutes for snacks, drink orders received were wrong at times and at the end of it all our bill was wrong so there quite a lot of mix up it seemed in-house with orders and billing which needs to be improved upon.
