we had a wonderful experience in the firehouse subs today. we were not in very long time due to a bad experience with eating and personal. we love their subs, so we gave them another chance. new manager and the load looked great and clean. the personal concentrated on the service and made large subparts. so pleased that they are great again. I ordered the New York Steamer and it was a soggy mess! They go way overboard on the condiments. Then I attempted to eat this mess and I couldn't even chew the meat because of the fat in the pastrami and on top of that it was cold. I went to the counter and asked for a knife and fork because the meat was so tuff and they acted like it was nothing unusual? I have eaten at this location before and it was better back th...
