Fixed menu, no tablecloths, soup starter - no bread. Two small bowls of rice for six people...... I overheard one of the staff refer to my father as "the old man". It was his birthday and they celebrated it by putting a candle in his icecream and winding up a "happy birthday" clockwork toy!!
