The staff were welcoming and aware of customers needs. The food was simple (as promised) and tasty - just what I wanted. Great coffee,which I'd also been told to expect. Good people watching too, being in an arcade on a Saturday morning. All that was missing was today's local paper to read, but I made do with yesterday's. ;-) read more.

It took more than 10 mins lining up with 4 people ahead of us to place our order.It was not rush hour. THEN 30 mins wait for the food. A 40 min experience to forget.
