The staff was friendly and they had interesting flavors. To me the texture was off. The ice cream felt more icey than creamy and then had almost a waxy after taste. I had the ritz flavor which was good but not creamy like it mentioned. It felt like eating crushed ice a bit. My 4 year old didn't care for hers either.
