This was my first time going to Cracker Barrel. I heard such good things about them growing up, but there was never one in my area. I found one while working around where I work and decided to go. Food is good, store is fine...but always have to wait to be acknowledged. When paying, the system went down and couldn't process my credit card for 15 minutes. Fortunately not too busy, but no acknowledgement of the time I waited...no sorry, Thanks for your patience etc. And that was the manager who unlocked the system. View all feedback.
