Had a booth near to the carvery counter perfect for four adults and a teenager. Arrived 20 minutes early from Cyclopark and it was freezing cold. Host was very helpful and seated us immediately even though we had an extra person than I had booked. Will not be visiting this restaurant again!! After waiting 10 minutes for bacon on the breakfast buffet there were no fried eggs or hash browns. All food was lukewarm and tomatoes were cold. No scrambled egg at all. Complained to manager who merely said it was due to staff cutbacks and nothing to do with him.
