I have been to the Needham Chippy twice when visiting the area and have really enjoyed the food both times. Have tried both the cod and haddock. The fish was cooked fresh to order both times and was delicious with lovely crispy batter. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the fish and chips. Went in today to order sausage and chips.said will take 20 mins I asked how come it will be 20 mins he replied if I didn’t like it I should leave with the biggest attitude I’ve ever know in terms of customer service. We ended in verbally heated argument over what should have a pleasant service. Will never go again AVOID!! I’m in shock tbh. New management needed. Asap Service: Take out View all feedback.
