I want to start by saying that Red Lobster was much better than the last few times I had them a few years ago. The biscuits were fresh and delicious, the crab was hot and cooked perfectly. But it was not a fun place, it was very quiet, no one seemed to be enjoying themselves and the service was sub-par especially considering that it wasn't very busy. No refills. No real check ins.
