We called in said would be a wait of 40 minutes, we were traveling so was ok... but the wait was an hour and 20 minutes, was told something wasn't on ticket but had them read it back on the phone, then they ran out of rice that I paid for and missed an order of crab Rangoon and was still expected to pay for the missing order... long time customers and very disappointed.
