This is the best smoked meat you will ever eat. The owner takes so much pride in what he does. I drive 2hours to eat here. It's a clean,freshly made and a great value. The only negative is the new system to order you food. I really have a hard time with it. The staff under no circumstances will take your order. I mean even if your the only one there.
