This was my first time trying Zaxby's the 2 lovely ladies that took care of me were great. They were pleasant patient. I really appreciate them the food was fresh. I ordered a zax snack, fried pickles fried mushrooms with a variety of sauces. The food was tasty I really enjoyed it. I don't know where the employees think, but it's certainly not on their job. I order big drinks and get medium while I'm still being charged for big ones. I order extra sauce and don't get it while I'm still being charged. I had to go back several times because they misunderstood my order. I wasted so much time and gas. You have to do better.
