Went to O2 outlet and whilst the food was ok taste wise it could’ve been warmer, service was mediocre, staff brought wrong tea. What I was shocked about was the pure lacy of cleaning in certain areas. There were large mirrors on the wall and the bottom edges had a thick layer of dust on them, as did the small shelf with lamp in one booth where we also found rubbish left by a previous occupant.
