I am so grateful that Firehouse Subs finally has a gluten free option. Although the sandwiches are made on shared equipment, I have been able to enjoy the hook and ladder. I do take a gluten pill to help process the possible gluten interactions. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is welcoming. View all feedback.
