I was a line cook in this restaurant in the 80s we had fed good people up to 3 to 5 blocks coming to Sunday brunchi was the eier cook and I worked with herrn bob elmergreat job, until the dishwashers had a water fight late one night and I had the big pan of hot cracks and fat to empty back and clean the deep fat frit as we did.
