That is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Management needs to emphasize basic expectations like greeting customers with a slight amount of respect… That was so weird and uncomfortable. My mom and I went in and waited a good 2 minutes before I finally said, “Excuse me,” to get an employee to take our order.
