Ordered the 16oz ribeye cooked medium. Over an hour later (they were not busy), I received about a 10oz ribeye that was overcooked. The outside was charred heavily giving it a burnt taste. The steak was cooked to well done. The small scoop of cold mashed potatoes and 4 baby carrots did little to satiate my hunger.
