We found this place on several food blogs for Guadalajara. We love authentic Mexican spots and street food but we did want to try an “elevated Mexican food” spot. The dishes are very unique but I would say are designed for more adventurous palate. If you’re open to trying different types of meat (duck, rabbit, etc) i would recommend.
