Swiss Chalet never disapoints me, the food the sauce the fries. Everything is excellent and service is speedy. Only problem is the steady rise in pricing. Everybody has to make a living I guess. We went to this Swiss Chalet outlet for dinner and found that it has turned into a lower class hall-style restaurant - the ambience was "0" and the service -1 and was extremely cold - we even kept our jackets on. They didn't have enough staff, our orders were incorrect and the food cold. Even though we told the server that we were in a hurry, we didn't get our food until we were ready to leave.
