We arrived late in Guglionesi....after 9.30pm. We had booked for that time but it took us longer than anticipated to drive from Pescara . Still, this was not a problem for Pasquale. His ambition is to share his passion for food, simply cooked using locally produced ingredients . We did give him carte blanche . Every antipasti was divine. We visited this restaurant two years ago and unbelievably it has got better. There are no frill...
