I LOVE their fried eggs on toast with sprouting broccoli and salsa verde. Very healthy and fulfilling at the same time. If I had to nitpick, I’d say to use less olive oil to fried the broccoli, as the pumpkin seeds salsa verde sauce already contains a lot olive oil in it.
