When I inquired about the manager, I was told that his tablet was also malfunctioning, preventing him from managing reservations. He mentioned that he would try to prioritize us ahead of some other guests, but I was left confused as to why the manager wasn't proactively finding tables for those with reservations. Once seated, there was only one server on duty, which made our service very slow. Although our server Sidney did his best, it wasn't enough. Our food took a long time to arrive, and my steak was served cold! We also waited too long for our appetizer, and then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get a steak knife! There was no manager available to address our complaints.
