4 of us had a very nice meal at Suzuki Restaurant earlier this week. We had a selection of wraps and rolls, with some pork gyoza to start. We made a reservation the day before and got a nice private booth. The trade-off was that you couldn't see the restaurant staff easily, and didn't get any breeze (it was a pretty hot day in Halifax). The server warned us the kitchen was a bit backed-up, which was definitely true (about 60 minutes to get our sushi, but our gyoza came out quickly). Overall it was a nice evening and we would definitely go back.

If your in a sushi mood go there. Good variety and well executed with very fresh tasting fish . The sweet shrimp was particularly good! The spicy rolls were not the real thing at all....just some spicy mayonnaise stuff squeezed on top. By international standards ALL sushi in Halifax is way below par but this one is relatively the best . View all feedback.
