We have lived in Bedford for a good many years. For some reason, we never did try this restaurant. Well, today we decided to go in and try it. Wow, so glad we did. The eat in restaurant was very nice. It was clean and a nice atmosphere. The servers were very nice and polite. The food was delicious. It was so fresh. The food here is inconsistent. There are a few different chefs so it depends when you go so that is a hit and miss. Their szechuan noodles are one of the best in town for taste but you get a lot of noodles and very little meat or vegetables. Last time we ordered we were curious so we separated the noodles and the contents and there was only enough contents to fill a measuring cup to 1/2 full. Those are some expensive...
