What William Drennan likes about Cajuntex Hallsville:
1st time at this restaurant and found it extremely nice. A gentleman was playing singing old songs which made evening enjoyable. Several different selection of meals to choose from plus variety of appetizers. Tried the cajun chicken and it came with crawfish etouffee dirty rice. Wife had shrimp pasta and said very savory. Plenty of food and we had leftovers. Good place to try and we will return. Staff did fantastic job and very friendly.

Love eating here, although it's normally the Marshall location. Arriving at the Hallsville location, was disappointed that restaurant was closed and a for rent sign posted on window. We were reading the menu from google maps on the way to decide what to order. Would have been nice to know they closed, before driving from Longview. View all feedback.
