Costa Coffee - Halton

The Costa Coffee staff is excellent. Some of the customers are bad mannered. They do not queue, selfishly take seats when people are obviously in front of them. They allow their children to occupy seats and ignore elderly people in the queue ahead of them. I rate the staff 10 out of 10, I rate the customers 2 out of 10. It is worth a visit if you can cope with some bad mannered members of the public. View all feedback.

What Makothebanker09 doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Website confirms that this unit is open until 7pm. I called at 5-30pm for a coffee and the staff had already closed off an area which could not be used. They immediately began to mop the floors around me, advising that they were closing at 6pm!!! The girl with the mop also gave me a reminder at 10 to 6 that I would need to leave soon. Not very welcoming. The coffee was nice. View all feedback.

When the weather conditions is pleasant you can also be served outside, and for the littlest guests, there is a child's chair. The guest room invites you to linger and extensively indulge, and there's a counter where you can sit and eat.
