Had a friend just have a TERRIBLE experience at the Hammond location. HUGE bug found cooked into her to go order, pics provided, and the staff was extremely rude. Her quote she told me they don 't give refunds but could give me another plate of food. I told her I didn 't want anymore of their food since I just threw it up earlier today with a bug in it.
