We tried this grill due to the high reviews but it didn't live up to it's expectation. We waited 15-20 minutes to be greeted after sitting down. Then another 10-15 to order our food. After a little over an hour we received our meals which were warm. We can only imagine they sat in the back for 20 minutes before being brought out to us.
